Children's Hand Chimes [Every Wednesday] 5:30 p.m.
The Church Hand Chimes for children is a fun and engaging program designed for kids to learn and perform music using hand chimes. The program is open to children of all ages, and provides a safe and welcoming environment where kids can develop their musical abilities while also exploring their faith. The hand chimes themselves are a unique and accessible musical instrument that allows children to participate in making beautiful music even if they have no prior experience with music. The chimes are rung by hand, producing a rich and vibrant sound that is sure to delight and inspire both the performers and the audience.
Hand Bells [Every Wednesday] 6:00 p.m.
The Church Handbell Group is a group of musicians who come together to create beautiful and intricate melodies using handbells. The group is made up of volunteers who share a passion for music and a commitment to their faith. The handbells are a unique and distinctive musical instrument, consisting of a set of tuned bells that are rung by the performers. The music performed by the group is often complex and challenging, requiring precision, teamwork, and coordination. The group rehearses regularly to prepare for special performances, seasonal celebrations, and other important church events. The performances by the Church Handbell Group create a beautiful and uplifting atmosphere during worship services and other events, inspiring the congregation and providing a unique and memorable musical experience.
Chancel Choir [Every Wednesday] 7:00 p.m.
The Church Chancel Choir is a dedicated group of singers who use their voices to uplift and inspire the congregation during worship services. Composed of volunteers who share a passion for music and a commitment to their faith, the choir rehearses regularly to prepare for special performances, seasonal celebrations, and other important church events. The repertoire of the choir includes a wide range of sacred music, including hymns, anthems, and choral arrangements, which are performed a cappella or accompanied by the church organ or other instruments. The choir provides a vital contribution to the church community by leading the congregation in worship through song and creating a powerful and uplifting experience for all who attend.
